It draws on real strategies and quotes from brand leaders to show how customer engagement platforms can turn smarter personalization into measurable retention and growth.
I partnered with Braze to create this Shopify integration guide, providing content strategy and messaging support. It shows retail and ecommerce brands how to leverage zero- and first-party data to deliver compliant, personalized customer experiences. It’s designed to help them reach, engage, and retain customers as digital behaviors and privacy standards continue to evolve.​

I wrote this detailed case study for Aquient (now part of K2 Partnering Solutions), highlighting how Thailand’s leading insurance broker leveraged Salesforce to automate customer journeys and enhance engagement across digital touchpoints.
