I teamed up with Mixpanel’s Product team to create a landing page and sales one-sheet that show how the platform helps teams make sense of real-time data. Together, we turned technical details into messaging that explains how it works in practice and why it beats the competition.

I ghost wrote this launch piece for the Director of Product Marketing at Braze. I drew from technical documentation to explain how Feature Flags work and how teams can use them to experiment, reduce risk, and improve customer experiences.
I partnered with Braze to create a Shopify integration guide, providing content strategy and messaging support. The guide translates technical integration details into actionable guidance that shows retail and ecommerce teams how to get the most from the product. It helps brands understand the why, how, and who behind the integration - making complex processes easy to follow while supporting strategic business goals.​

I wrote a detailed case study for Aquient (now part of K2 Partnering Solutions) that tells the story of how Thailand’s leading insurance broker streamlined customer interactions and reimagined their journeys with Salesforce. The piece highlights the strategy, the challenges they faced, and the solutions implemented.
